With a view to develop a knowledge of our rich cultural heritage, monetary policies and a scientific attitude among the Arts, Commerce and Science students, the students of Std XII were taken on an educational field trip to various prominent sites across South Mumbai. This included ‘Banganga’ at Walkeshwar, the Sea link, Worli Sea face, Mahalaxmi Race course, Haji Ali Dargah, Chowpatty, Marine Drive, NCPA, Asiatic Library, G.P.O, CST Station and Jehangir Art Gallery.

Thereafter, the Arts section visited the The Prince of Wales of Museum, The Commerce section tasted the essence of the economy at the RBI museum and the science section experienced the marvels of the Nehru Science Centre.

The experiential and practical lessons learnt put into perspective the phrase by Confucius “I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I understand”
